Completed Simplex Air Engine Drawing
Now that the engine is up and running, I have updated the drawing so that all of the bugs are out (or should be).

Boss, what software did you use to draw the plan ?
ReplyDeleteI used Pro-Engineer Wildfire 4 (Student Version). It is a professional 3D modeling and drafting tool (actually same as I use at work). The student version costs about $100 whereas the full version is up around $4,000 (ahhh...one day). SolidWorks is also another professional tool which also has a student version at the same price, but the full version is at least 1/2 of Pro-E (it is much more user friendly). My Robot logo was also modeled in Pro-E then rendered.
